1. RETURNS

You may return unopened and unused products within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original, sealed packaging.

• The product must show no signs of use, damage, or alteration.

• You must provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation email).

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
