All our products are certified organic and formulated to be non-allergenic.
We make every effort to display product colors and descriptions as accurately as possible, but variations may occur due to screen settings or photography.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product under these Terms.
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
Please review your order carefully before submission. Once accepted, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you using the information provided.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy (see Section 4).
All purchases are for personal use only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.
4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You may return unopened products within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and sealed in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase must be provided.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time after receiving the returned item.
Products that have been opened, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
5. PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are shown in Albanian Lek (ALL) and may change without prior notice.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of your order confirmation.
Prices exclude taxes and shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide valid and accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the full amount due for your order.
We accept credit/debit cards and cash on delivery (COD) payments.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship only within Albania.
Delivery is typically completed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
We use local courier services at our discretion; no specific provider is guaranteed.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other external factors.
Ownership and risk pass to you once the order is handed over to the courier.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and designs — is the property of Green Cosmetics sh.p.k. or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

Our e-commerce platform is hosted by Shopify Inc.
All transactions, communications, and responsibilities are managed by Green Cosmetics sh.p.k., not Shopify.
You agree that Shopify is not liable for any damages, claims, or disputes arising from your use of our Services.
11. FEEDBACK
If you provide suggestions, reviews, or feedback (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and distribute it in any form.
You confirm that your Feedback does not violate any third-party rights.
